Terms of Use

BACIVO is intended for people aged 18 and over.

BACIVO is a personal budgeting and spending-awareness tool. It helps you see your spending status and your own financial plan between paydays.

BACIVO is not:

• a bank
• a payment institution
• a lender
• an investment service
• a credit adviser
• a tax adviser
• professional financial advice

BACIVO does not currently hold, receive or move your money.

Features such as Available to Spend, Daily Spending Room, the Spending Status, BACIVO Score, Money Runway, Savings Outlook, Can I Afford It?, Recovery plans and payday projections are estimates. They are calculated from the information you have entered.

They may not match your actual bank balance and cannot predict your future finances. You remain responsible for your own spending and financial decisions.

You are responsible for keeping information such as your income, payday, balances, expenses, recurring bills and planned savings reasonably up to date. If the underlying information is incomplete or wrong, financial calculations will be wrong too.

Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account. If you have reason to believe someone else has accessed your account, tell us at support@bacivo.app.

When using BACIVO you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• access or try to access another person's account or information
• interfere with or disrupt the service
• exploit or probe security vulnerabilities
• use BACIVO for any unlawful purpose
• abuse the service or deliberately overload it

BACIVO is currently offered as a public beta. That means features may change or be improved, may occasionally contain bugs, and may be temporarily unavailable.

Beta functionality may be modified or discontinued as BACIVO develops. We aim to keep the service dependable, and we appreciate reports of anything that looks wrong.

You can stop using BACIVO whenever you like. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Profile > Privacy & data, or write to support@bacivo.app.

We may suspend or close an account used for abuse, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, or serious breaches of these terms.

The BACIVO name, interface, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and remain the property of the provider.

You keep ownership of the information you enter into BACIVO. You grant only the permission needed to store and process it so the service can work for you.

BACIVO is provided with reasonable care but, being a planning tool based on the information you supply, it cannot guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from information you entered incorrectly or from decisions you take based on BACIVO estimates.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law are not affected.

These terms are governed by applicable Lithuanian law, together with the mandatory consumer protection rules of the European Union. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings and rely on the protections available to you where you live.

These terms may be updated as BACIVO evolves. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version took effect.
