Cookies and Similar Technologies

BACIVO currently uses only storage necessary to provide and secure the service, and does not currently use advertising or behavioural marketing trackers.

• Sign-in session: your authentication session, kept in your browser's local storage by the authentication provider (Supabase) so you stay signed in between visits and page loads. Signing out removes it.
• Security of that session: the same stored session is what proves your requests come from your own account. Without it BACIVO cannot show you your data.
• Installed-app (PWA) essentials: when you add BACIVO to your home screen, your device stores the app manifest and icons so it can launch as an app. BACIVO does not cache your financial data offline. Only if you turn on notifications, your browser registers a small service worker and stores a push subscription (a device address for delivering notifications) with BACIVO. Turning notifications off removes the subscription.
• Interface state: small, non-tracking preference values used by interface components while you use the app.

These are exempt from consent requirements because the service cannot be provided without them.

None. BACIVO currently loads no analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking or marketing technologies, and does no fingerprinting.

Because there is nothing non-essential to agree to, BACIVO shows no cookie consent banner. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced later, BACIVO will ask for your consent where the law requires it, before switching them on, and this page will be updated.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies on its own sign-in pages under its own privacy terms. That happens only when you use that option.

You can clear cookies and site storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing the storage for BACIVO signs you out; your account and saved data stay in your account and are available again when you sign back in.
